(2/13/18) After a 340 point drop the S&P 500 has rallied
up to its 38.2% Retracement Level. If it continues to rally the next area
of resistance is in the 2700 to 2745 range which are the 50% and 61.8%
Retracement Levels. Meanwhile if the S&P 500 stalls out at its 38.2%
Retrace and begins to rollover support would be in the 2615 to 2600 range.
