Screening Tool
This Screening Tool allows members to screen our current AII Top
100 Database using several different parameters. A listing of each
parameter is given below with a brief description.

A description of each parameter is given below:
ID (Stock Symbol): You can enter a
specific stock symbol or enter multiple stock symbols. For example if you
type in BRCD & MERX & TLGD only those three stocks will display along
with their Fundamental Parameters.
EXCH (Exchange): You can search the
database using only a specific Exchange such as the AMEX, NAS or NYSE.
% Off 52 WK HI (% Off 52 Week High): Indicates how far off a stock is from its 52 Week High. During Market Corrections the strongest stocks usually don't drop more than 25% from their 52 Week Highs.
AII (Amateur Investor Index Value): This is the
value derived using the Amateur Investor Index. For a more detailed

Investor Index. Stocks with high AII values typically
outperform the ones with lower values.
ERGS (EPS+RS+Group RS): This indicator combines
the EPS, RS and Group RS into one value. The higher the ERGS value is the
stronger a company's Fundamentals are. The ERGS values generally
will range from 30 to 99.
A/D (Accumulation/Distribution): This indicates
whether a stock is under Accumulation (buying) or Distribution (selling).
The A/D values range from 1 to 5 with "1" showing a stock under
strong accumulation while a "5" indicates a stock under strong
distribution.
QRG (Quarterly Revenue Growth): This parameter
shows how much Revenue Growth increased from the previous years Quarter.
Companies in the AII Top 100 must have Quarterly Revenue Growth >= 20% before
they can be included in the database. We also prefer companies that are
showing an acceleration of Revenue Growth from Quarter to Quarter.
QEG (Quarterly Earnings Growth): This parameter
shows how much Earnings Growth increased from the previous years Quarter.
Companies in the AII Top 100 must have Quarterly Earnings Growth >= 50%
before they can be included in the database. Also we prefer companies
which are showing an acceleration of Earnings Growth from Quarter to Quarter..
NPM (Net Proft Margin): Primarily we look
for companies with Net Profit Margins >= 5% which are rising on a Quarterly
basis.
FUNDS (Institutional Ownership): This parameter
shows what % of shares our owned by the Institutions.
INSIDERS (Insider Ownership): This parameters
shows what % of shares our owned by the top executives.
FLR (Float Ratio): The Float Ratio is the ratio
of the # of Float shares divided by the # of Outstanding shares. Typically
stocks with lower Float Ratios perform better than the ones with higher Float
Ratios. The Float Ratio can range from 0.10 to 1.0.
AVG VOL (Average Daily Volume): This gives the Average Daily Trading
Volume over the past 30 Days.
EEG (00) (Estimated Annual Earnings for the year 2000)
EEG (01) (Estimated Annual Earnings for the year 2001)
