Long Term Buy Signals are generated using a combination of several indicators.  These include the Mutual Fund Panic Index (MFPI) ,  Market Breadth and Cash Flows.

Buy Signals will be provided the day a signal is triggered after the market closes.  Keep in mind we are looking to hold positions for several months.
